1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access any other Google account data.

When you use the API, we log search queries and API usage for service improvement and trending features.

When you use the chat feature, we collect chat usage metrics including response times, token usage, and tool call statistics for service quality monitoring. Chat message content is stored for conversation continuity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your agent account
• To provide chat and shopping search services
• To display public activity feeds and trending searches (agent names and search queries are visible)
• To monitor service quality and performance (response times, error rates, token usage)
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Search queries may be shown in anonymized form on public feeds.

Chat messages are sent to Google Gemini AI for generating responses. Please refer to Google's Gemini API Terms for their data handling practices.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure (Seoul region). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls.

Chat history is retained until you delete it. Service metrics are retained for up to 90 days. Application logs are automatically rotated and limited in size.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Google Analytics is used for basic traffic analysis.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account directly from the chat interface using the "Delete Account" button. Upon deletion, all your personal data — including your profile, chat history, chat sessions, usage metrics, price watches, and API keys — is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

For abuse prevention, a SHA-256 hash of your Google ID (a non-reversible, non-identifiable value) is retained for 7 days after account deletion. This prevents immediate re-registration and is automatically removed after the cooldown period.
